About Me:
Krystal Hammond is a narrator/writer, cancer survivor, and nonbinary queer human. They grew up in rural North Carolina, nurtured by a steady diet of local Black Beard legends and Civil War era ghost stories. These nuggets of folktale and myth fostered a life-long love of storytelling and all the drama that goes with it, resulting in loads of trunk novels and dozens of audiobooks. They have a special knack for YA, a passion for horror and SFF, and a love for laughter.
They also have an MA in Biological Anthropology due to a chronic interest in dead people, and adore ugly cats.

I'm a survivor
When I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, my favorite thing was to make morbid jokes and enjoy my oncologist's cringe.
I'm a baker!
If it's made out of flour, I can probably make it. (And if I can't, it'll still taste good!)
I'm a Container Gardener!
I'm good at growing basil and tomatoes. The watermelon pictured here ... not so much.
I'm a fan ...
... of cemeteries!! The older the better. When I see one while traveling, I always pay a visit.
I'm a connoisseur of fine pizza ...
... especially when I make it. 🙂
I'm a crafter
and, currently, I enjoy dabbling in the world of beadweaving.

I'm a bioarchaeologist
I started excavating at the ripe old age of 17 and hold a BA and MA in biological anthropology.
I'm fat
